So true, primer availability/price are a much bigger concern than bevel base vs. flat base. anyway, I'll say I like bevel base for loading semi-auto pistol ammo, but I prefer flat base for loading revolver ammo. I am reasonably sure I can't tell...

Glenn doesn't disclose precisely what is in X-Lox 2500+ But it's known to be a very good formula. If you do some experimenting with fewer lube grooves filled, it'll be interesting to hear your results.

opps, yes I guess that is kind of a typo. I am actually using one of NOE's clones of the lyman, mine is 270469, I believe NOE also makes them 268 as well. As to changing performance, that will likely be determinant on your lube. Most of the...

You should have no problem using a lubesizer to size and lube a bore rider style boolit, unless you want to lube all lube grooves in a loverin design, because you mention "front drive bands slightly less than bore diameter" ...keywords being...

I use the lyman flash hole uniformer/debur tool on all my rifle brass. Just need to do it once. For most of my rifles I Neck size, especially now that I only have one rifle per caliber, except for 223/556 ammo, they get FL sized and I don't waste...

ebb, you seem like the type that isn't afraid to experiment. If you understand "what does what" it'll help you greatly. First off, Alox by itself is the boolit lube and is a great boolit lube. Alox is thick stuff. Lee blends in MS to their...
