    Or he buggered up setting up the case trimmer. Seems stupid to have varying case lengths on purpose as they will not crimp properly. Must have been one lazy SOB IMO. Nothing wrong with using shorter cases...just make them consistent.

    the old trigger can be easliy taken down to 2.5 lbs without creep. New one? the only one i own is my 280 featherweight and it backed off all the way was still 4.5lbs on my gauge.

    Reality is a cruel mistress.... I tend to ignore claims of accuracy from most folks. Too many three shot groups and "wallet groups" are used to substantiate performance of men, loads, and equipment. I doubt 95% of members can put 10 shots...

    dont understand why you dont want to deprime on your 650. Size and deprime throw them in your solution and when there done reprime charge and seat a bullet. But then i dont see the fascination in brass looking better then it did right out of a box...

    best spruce plates are the thick steel ones on a ballistic cast (H&G) mold. Mihec uses good ones on his molds too. Worse ones are the stamped steel lbt molds. HEAVY STEEL IS THE WAY TO GO. the weight allows you to not have to run the plate so tight...

    IMO swaging pistol bullets is a a waste of time. You will spend a lot of money for a very low output. Get a quality mold and cast. I hate casting but it is the most efficient way to produce decent bullets.
