I went through a 32 rimfire phase for a number of years and thought I had all the old time 32 heel bullet molds. This one came up on an auction about 200 miles south of me and I am a sucker for an auction. It turns out to be very similar... I never even knew Ideal made a tool with this caliber stamp. This one came up on an auction about 200 miles south of me and I am a sucker for an auction. It turns out to be very similar my 32 L.I.L. (Long, inside lube) #8 tool, I think. Basically, a bore diameter hollow base bullet. It has a captive, floating pin for the hollow base. Of course, these tools were made for center fire shells but using modified .32 Long Colt brass to take a .22 blank which becomes the primer it is feasible to make ammo for a 32RF.
