At just over $200, I decided to give the EP 2.0 annealer a try. No auto feed, just by hand, annealed 250 pieces in 45 min. Also did 500 357 mag and 500 44 mag at a similar rate, and still have propane left in the 14oz cylinder. All the cases had a nice even annealing, and sealed the chambers well.
A worthwhile investment that speeds up the process, and with the cost of new brass these days, the EP2.0 pays for itself quickly.

I suddenly had a stuck case about 100 rounds in. Tore the die apart and got it out, figured I just hadn't lubed the case well enough and went back to loading rounds. About 20 rounds later I had another stuck case. Case had slid in with little effort, so I was fairly confident that lube wasn't the issue. Noticed that it only pulled opposing edges off the rim, not the usual 3/4 of the rim I've had in the past. Started investigating and discovered that the press wasn't fully indexing, coming just a hair shy of locking into place. It wasn't so much as to prevent the cases from catching on the edge of the die, but just enough to tilt the case slightly and then slide it just a hair out of the shell holder. Go to pull the case back out and if it had any significant drag, it bent the two edges of the case rim and popped free.

Thankfully the cases weren't difficult to remove, just some light hammer taps on the head of the decapping/expander pin to knock them out since they were well lubed. I also was smart and ordered a half dozen of the bushings with a larger order back when I first got the press, so it was an easy fix and I was able to get back to work quickly. It's difficult to acknowledge that I have been using it for the past 13 years. It has always had the same issues to me...Too close to the work bench, leaks like the Titanic, and gets so crunchy.

I have taken it apart and cleaned it, degreased it, even polished it. Same old crap...Does half decent and then gets so bound up that it's almost impossible to use. I have always told myself enough is enough but I never would get another powder measure. Money could always be spent somewhere else.

I don't NEED, but WANT one. I'm tired of pulling the handle to process brass before loading. Don't mind pulling the handle to load, but have come to hate processing brass.
Not having the skills of jmorris; these seem the best options to me. I've two Dillon RL1100's and thinking of converting one to brass processing. Also considering a complete Apex 10 with auto drive, but have no experience with them.
Anyone with experience with either? Mainly looking to process 9mm, 5.56, and 45 ACP and maybe ultimately use the auto drive for loading as well.
Thanks for any thoughts.

I am still using my RockChucker. It is a great press and does what I want.

I have had several folks ask me about reloading lessons. I always say, "Come on over". When I set them up on the RockChucker, to learn, they get frustrated. They have all seen the videos of the big progressive presses running off thousands of rounds of ammo. They want to start on one of those and are disappointed that I still use a single stage press.

When I try to explain that they need to understand each step of the process and what it "feels" like they go away and don't come back.

I do have a Dillion 550 and I use it. It sometimes screws up and I know where to look as I have loaded thousands of rounds on a single stage press. However, I have just read how out of date I am. Take a look at this article.

These are new and I thought I would try them out. I had a case that separated right at the top and it stayed in the die. I was able to remove the decapping pin and k, but that damn piece of the case won't come out. I can see it through the die, and a small punch did nothing. I have it in the freezer at the moment hoping the brass contracts a bit. Hmm maybe a cleaning brush once it's been in the freezer for a while.
