Ruger #1 rings

Do the #1 rifles use the same scope rings as the M77 rifles? I was looking at some low Leopold rings, but I know the M77 rings are not the same size. Was wondering if the #1 rings were the same?

Yes and no, yes they are the same style and fit the milling on the rifle the same, no as the Number One requires two of the same height, whereas the 77 requires a taller one on the rear reciever ring. I have a pair of Leupold low Number One rings that are like new, no rust packed nicely in oil, blue finish I will sell if interested.
