Just to throw in my 2 cents, those CZ82's have polygonal rifling, so be aware of any lead build up while shooting to avoid a kaboom. Other then that, I have long had an interest in those pistols, I may end up with one.

You will love it, great pistols. I have owned several. My current one was a "parts pistol" from century that I was told had a bulged barrel and when it arrived it actually had a brand new replacement lands/grooves barrel!

have any of you guys had trouble with leading in your cz's? I have heard that they will shoot cast much better than glocks without leading??

So far I have just shot Berrys plated in mine and its good. I plan to work on some cast using Lee mold for 9mm mak this winter.

Don't have a 82 but have its brother the cz83 in .380. Bought that one in Germany around 89' and its been 100% reliable since. Shoots cast well but has the conventional rifling. Wanted to get the 82 back then as I had two Chinesse Makarovs but ATF wouldn't allow the importation of "war surplus". The Maks were importable as they had adj sights and palm swelled target grips.
