I have wondered myself, if adding a bit of Canauba to Recluse's 45-45-10 recipe would work at that or faster.

Have you tried JPW?

I have my own weird lube. I mix equal parts, by volume, of 4X fine graphite and white lithium grease. It comes out about the consistency of peanut butter. I tumble lube with this and it seems to work.

Does your lube dry or stay like peanut butter?

It dries. It takes a coupla' weeks or so because of the grease, but it does dry.

Do you use straight JPW?

Nope. JPW + alox. I have used it in .44 mag. medium loads, but not in my rifles yet. Recluse (see his sticky on tumble lubing) is getting over 1500 fps with his 45-45-10 mixture.
