Anybody use DP 85 in .30 caliber rifles with the heavier boolits? Does it burn about like H414 or W760?

I would like to ressurect this thread and know specifically if anyone has tried this powder in the .308 Winchester.

I'm looking at it for this....just can't seem to find any loads out there.

Next step is to find someone who has some Reloader19 loads for the 308 Winchester.

They don't list .308 but do list 30-06.

I've been to that data. It's exactly what is printed on the side of the 8lb bottles I have. The burn rate is exactly what Ramshot Hunter is, and there is load data from .243 to 300 Win mag listed for that powder. There is where my confusion comes from.....243 yes, 30/06 yes, but .308 no? Can you see why I am curious about load data for it?

No problem, Bubba, as long as you keep the load full of powder. Not below 40 grains. ... felix
