Active duty members also get a free year subscription to the NRA. This includes the insurance, magazine, stickers and all the other jazz included when someone subscribes.

Well, they did. I think they finally stopped the deal, but it was nice! I only got the free membership for one year, after that I felt guilty and started paying again. I figured the NRA has lots of things they could spend my $35 on....

Yea, I did the same about 4 years ago, but, with the pay AD soldiers get, I dont mind spending my $35 to give an active duty soldier some entertainment.
