Three groups follow. All were offhand at 25 yards. Load was water quenched Lee 312155's over 16.0 2400. Lube was liquid Alox and gas checks were used. The boolits were run through a .314 sizer to crimp gas checks. All these were cast too cold and had poor filling but had sharp bases.
First a 1903 A3 shot with 1907 sling used in US Military style.
Second a 1942 Mosin 91/30 laminated. This has the best trigger of my Mosins but it's still long and spongy. A Mosin sling was used, arm wrapped. I pulled one shot which is all too easy to do with the 91/30's trigger.
Third a beat up 1946 No4 MK1. It's trigger isn't too bad but the A3's is the best. An Enfield webb sling was used, arm wrapped. I used the flip up sight and had to set it on about 275 or 300 yards.
