I've read that the stickon weights tend to be softer than the clip on weights, so I kept mine seperate. Are they worth melting down? I plan to use them for shotgun shot. ATM I don't reload any boolits, so I'm not sure if these would be any good to me, or if I would be better off trying to trade them for some clipon weights.

shotgun shot is made in two types. One Chilled and one Magnum. Both are harder than the pure lead of stick ons. Think about that shot going down the barrel and being mashed against all the others. Most people use shot to make the cast bullets harder. Trade them
