I have emailed RCBS twice in the past week because I need to get some advice about one of their products which I own. Two emails, NIL reply from either. Anyone have any suggestions as to my next move.

My experience has been that it'll take around 2 weeks for them to get back in touch with you.

Ron is in Australia. I doubt the toll-free number would apply to him :)

What is your issue Ron so we can relay it to RCBS for you.

Hmmm...I must the odd man out. I've emailed RCBS a couple of times, and I got a response back the next day.

I've only emailed them once and used the address posted by woody1 above. The email asked how I could buy replacement parts for their primer pocket swager. They responded next day asking for my address. I sent same and had free parts in my mailbox inside the week. Hard to be bitter with that experience.

Have used e-mail on several occasions to communicate with RCBS. They have always responded in a day or so. Never a problem, great company to do business with. Probably the best warranty in the business. Last request was for a part for my 39 year old Rock Chucker press.

Woody1, thanks for the RCBS email address; this is different from the one I used. I have just sent another email to them, hopefully a reply will come my way shortly.

Thanks for all the other suggestions and offers.

Ron--

If the updated E-mail address doesn't pan out, Bruce Drake had a good suggestion--and I'll be glad to assist, sir. Lemme know.

Ron,
Why don't you drop Deputy Al a note with the details?
Even if you do get a speedy reply to your latest inquiry, it would be good for RCBS to see the solidarity in this sport.
They might even sign up here and see how good a reputation they have earned and how well they are spoken of! :-)
I think only good could come from any assitance that Deputy Al could provide. To you, and to us as other RCBS users.
If I were sitting in the techs chair, I'd be impressed someone here in the US was riding point for some of our casting brethern from abroad. (and promoting their product support?)

I got a reply from RCBS today. They will replace the worn ram of my Lube-a-Matic (bought it in 1975) under the Lifetime Warranty. They can also sell me a .356 sizing die for $24.95. Shipping to Oz = $30.00 for both parts.

Have asked if they have an RCBS agent in Oz, hopefully to save the freigtht costs.

Thanks to all for the help.
