I made my first mead, took 10 months to ferment out, could have gone longer
but I am impatient.
Has been in the cooler for 5 months, need to taste it again.:drinks:

Tag,
At the height of my beekeeping days I had 1500 hives scattered all over the mountains in California.
As the scare of Africanized bees got to people I was moving them into smaller and smaller areas so when someone asked to buy them I sold.
Wish I still had a couple for the wax. Still have 700 lbs of honey for the family.
