View Full Version : Shell holder size for 32ga shotgun
Need help again. Want to make cases from 32ga brass hulls into 11mm Dutch. What can I do for a shellholder for my press? I'm not seeing any that will fit a Lee press. Does Lyman or RCBS have that base size?
Thanks..........Don

..............Er, well uh .............it takes the size a 32ga hull will slip into:kidding: Seriously though you'd have to find an outfit that uses shell holders for their shotshell presses and then see if they offer one for the 32 ga. I wasn't successful in my search for such a thing so I made one:

I use the 32ga to create carbine cases for a 11 x 42R Brazilian contract Comblain.

I need to figure out something to do with those short brass tubes left over from shortening the brass!

Thanks for the info Buckshot. Looks like I'll have to make something that will work.

I just got one through Midway. I had to look at other cases to find one, and mine has the # 22 stamped on it. Just went and looked, it is a Lyman X22, and like I said, I got it through Midway. mikey
