Sorry for the mistake.
I wanted to find out what the most popular cast bullet rifle caliber was. I shoot mostly .30 cal, some 6.5 and .311.

Might be the 30 calibers--thin and fat--but I would place bets on the 45-70 as the SINGLE most used rifle CHAMBERING for cast boolits. The number of various 30's out there would add up to a lot of cast boolits getting fired, I'm sure.

Most loaded handgun caliber has to be the 38/357.

311, 35, 8mm, 30 in rifles for me. 44, 32, 357, 45 in handy type guns. 22rf more than any of the others combined.

Another vote for the .458 diameter stuff. 45-70 is likely the easiest cast boolit caliber to work with. After all, that is how the old warhorse started life. 30 cals would be second i'd imagine in rifles at least.

Rifle, in order of rounds fired: .30, .31, .44 (.430), .35, 8mm, 7mm

Pistol, in order of rounds fired: .452, .44 (.430), .356-7, .30

For my 308 and 30-30, I use the Lyman 31141. Now it's called the 311041 I think.
