L. E. C. reloading die set

Has anyone ever heard of a company that made reloading dies with the initials L E C? I have a set in 45-70 that I do not use but I wanted to see if they are decent swapping material. I also have a rcbs shell holder (#14) as part of the set. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Frank

Lachmiller Engineering Company. They made dies as good as any others in the 60s.

Thanks for the replys. I had heard of that company but I guess OPS set in because I didn't remember it. (OPS -Old People Syndrome as my wife tells me I have!) Frank

I have two sets of L.E.C. dies, one set is blued and the other is chrome or nickel plated. Good dies, worked well when I was loading those two cartridges.
