I have new production Win 1885 with a bore size of .376 a boolit sized at .380 will still load easy. .381 you have to push in

I have a Lyman 37583 single I am think about opening it up to .381 then sizing to .380

It is dropping 374-.375 with 50% WW and 50% stick ons

So what do you think?
and
What are the bore sizes on your rifles ?

I have a late production Olin Winchester barrel on a custom built 94 lever gun in 38-55. The barrel slugs @.3765-.377, I size my cast to .379, accuracy is superb.

No, this barrel came from somewhere else, I don't remember where, about 8 years ago, it is Winchester Angle Eject, marked "1 of 1000", half round, half octagon, 26" fully chambered with dovetails cut for sights, blued and screwed into the middle 90's cross bolt safety 94 receiver with no machining required. Head space and barrel flats positioned perfectly. It is scary accurate with the load I finally settled on using Lyman 375449, 265 gr. gaschecked and sized .379. Lyman tang sight and button magazine with blued steel fore end cap make for a nice rifle.

My new model 1885 winchester slugs .3765 and I size to .379. Ranch dog has Lee push thru dies in .379 for $21 plus shipping. I also had Lee make one in .378. My big bore '94 is .376 diameter so I have been casting lee 379-250 rfn boolits and they do pretty well, but the lyman 378674 looks like a good one and I think the 1885 will stabilize it.

my Crazy Horse 1894 slugs @ .380" and i shoot .381" through it. i also had to turn the necks down .003" on WW brass so they would chamber.
