Is the lube piston/rod thread on a Lyman 450 a standard 3/8-24 fine thread or is it something non-standard/weird?

Lemme go check.

Ok, I give up. The threads are somewhere around 20 TPI, but not exactly, probably metric. Seems to be a 10mm shank. My metric thread pitch gauges are at work and I can't seem to find any metric nuts tonight.
