homemade powder dispenser

ok i was thinking maybe i can make a blackpowder dispenser
out of some 1 1/4 inch copper pipe. i want to make one that i can use with a
BP measure i think i know what to do but has any here made one

take your pipe and add a reducer to 1/2 inch . add a 1/2 ball valve,and a 1/2 tube below works slick and is pretty cheap to boot. slowly open the ball valve so the powder just trickles out of the 1 1/4 tube

The hardest part of the powder flask to make is the valve.
You can usually buy the valve from companies that sell ML supplies.
These valves can be fit to just about any sort of container.

i was thinking that maybe a brass rod threaded on the ends with a nut on them and a spring on one side with a hole in the center so you push the end with
the spring and the the powder go's through the hole
