Trap/Skeet around Galveston

Son-in-law has never shot trap or skeet. He and I will both be in Galveston at the same time, and I would like to introduce him to either or both. Anyone belong to a club in that are that you can take guests?

Sorry Sundog but no help for the Galveston or Houston area. If you were talking San Antonio I could help.
I would try to Google something. I would think there should be several public fields in that area.......Wes

Corky, go to Highway 6 and Westheimer. On Northwest corner there is a large, well funded range with possible skeet and trap houses. Google earth coordinates: 29°43'36.92"N 95°40'40.04"W This was within a half mile of my house there. The range is new since I left town, and used to be a paratrooper jump place, really, for the weekend warriors. ... felix

Felix, that is exactly the place I found doing some web surfing. Looks like a very nice range, a little pricey as to what I am used to, but certainly would be a fun day with the SIL. He's never shot trap or skeet. And, it's certainly not too far away from where we will be.
