A lock on one of the Forum's

I have a lock on the Swapping/Selling forum. Did I do something wrong? I am waiting for the correct amount of posts before I post items for sale. I have answered some people that were looking for stuff, was I wrong in doing that?

Or is it just locked until I get the correct amount of posts to use it?

Basically so. There seemed to be some joining, and the only thing they were posting, were things for sale.
