Just got back ashore from a fishing trip. Caught plenty of Red and Puppy drum and Speckled Trout. As cook I fixed plenty of same blackened as per Chef Pauls recipe and it's one of the crews favorites. Of course there was some "red" rice and kale and buiscuits too. Those guys sure can eat a lot. 10 ga
