About a yr. or so ago, I located an NEI , double cav., mold that was about 25 or so yrs. old, made by Walt.
It is a 338 cal., g/c design , ( cast about .3412 " ) and the bullet weighs 262 grs. cast from my alloy.
I'm now shooting a new Ruger Hawkeye , 338 Federal. The bullet is shooting great out of my new rifle. As all of you are aware, Walt really knew how to make a mold.
This one is a joy to cast with...it has a near zero reject rate and the bullets jump out of the mold when it is opened .
I think of Walt whenever I pick up this mold ! Even when someone passes, their work continues to speak volumes about who they were.

Here the bullet is seated to the proper depth in my 338 Fed cases. Notice the bullet lightly engraving when the bolt is closed :
