Anybody like/dislike/experience?

At $6/lb it's awful tempting...

Not bad if you are going to blow something up. I tried it in my Martini Henry once and then gave it away to a friend with a cannon. High sulfur coal is probably cleaner burning. The bore was so dirty after about 3 rounds that I had to literally drive the patch through with a hammer. Went back to Swiss. It is cheap though.

Awful would be the right choice of word.

Chinese is all that is commercially available here. It is dirty and musket grade.

You are lucky to have good powders. Support them.

................The only people I heard of who use it much are the re-enactors. They're jsut after the sound and smoke and don't shoot AT anything.
