I would like the lead to be a pure as possible. Any way to get these out?

except for a light skim of oxide that tends to coat the top during a hot melt, the tin is there to stay once it's alloyed with lead. You won't remove it by any means I have ever come across.

Depending on what the alloy is, you can swap it with someone who has a bunch of roof lead smelted down, that stuff is pretty soft.

Nope, that's akin to getting the cream and sugar out of your coffee. :coffeecom

I would think turning hte heat up & skimming w/o fluxing will get some out, but I agree, trading for pure is a better bet.

hmmm sounds to me like you need something to catalyze a separation like the opposite effect of dropping soap in a greasy pan full of water. as to what (likely controlled) chemical will do that for you, i'm sorry to say i'm gonna have to be just as unhelpful as everyone else and say trade it.
