As I have mentioned on this site, I am, at most, a year from retirement. I plan to start casting at least my 30 caliber boolits then (or sooner). I have purchased cast boolits for several years, but am about ready to take the plunge.

I can get a Lyman 311284 double cavity mould and handles for about $70 or a little less. As I understand it, that one mould would cover my boolits in .310, .311. .312 and maybe bigger up to .314.

If so, that seems like the one to get. I have purchased boolits cast in the 311284 in .310 and .312. They shot great in my 30'06s and Argentine Mauser.

Am I on the right track as, at least, to moulds?

Just for reference, don't ever be shy about posting your "gunloads auction" auction on here.

I took the response as a "yes" and bid. Am interested in supporting the auction site-just hadn't seen anything yet I couldn't live without.
