making gas check dies?

I have a home metal shop. I like to have a go at making my own press to make gas checks. Is there a post with instructions on how to make the dies to make the gas checks?

I didn't know what to put into the search to look for this.

Look thru the older posts in this section, edsmith posted some drawings on some gascheck makers.
This winter making one of these gas check makers is on my to do list. If you build one, let me know how it went. jmsj

If you just study the pictures you can figure out the needed parts. From there it's just tinkering until you get the dimensions correct. You'll probably keep the scrap man happy for a while...Ray
