View Full Version : Marlin 1889 Ejector Spring?

I bought a pair of "36-15" ejector springs (one for a spare) from Wisner's in hopes that it would bring new life to the tired old ejection action on my 1889 Marlin .32-20.

Not much difference in the results unfortunately.

I read in Gunsmith Kinks II that you can use a M12 Win. ejector with a little modification to get the job done. It looks like it is similar from looking at pictures.

Has anyone tried this and if so, did it work any better at flipping out the cases?
