Overseas friend needs Taurus full moon clips for .45 acp

A friend in England is trying to locate a source for full moon clips for Taurus 'Steller' revolver in .45 acp caliber.

Or, can anyone name an after market source that makes these thin moon clips in metal that won't wear out. My friend says they the factory ones don't last long.

The factory Taurus cost him $18 for five.
