After appling the GC and sizing the 8MM boolit it weighs 182 gr, and I was woundering if this boolit is going to be too long to stabilize in the 1 in 16" twist of the 32 Spec. I've loaded some up with 9GR Unique and some with 18 GR H-4198. "Thoughts".

I doubt it will give you trouble. I loaded a bunch of RCBS 32-170 for my brothers old marlin that ran about 175 grains before GC and they worked just fine. I have shot a lot (as in thousands) of 190+ grain bullets out of my 30-30 Winchesters and they wereand are excellent. Try 17.5 grains of 2400 for a nice, mild accurate load.

Try 17.0-19.0 gr. SR 4759 or 25 gr. RX-7. Also found that 12.0 gr. BlueDot makes for a real decent plinking load.

That .32 Special is some kind of a nice cartridge.

That Lee boolit stabilizes just fine out of my rifle-a Win. '64.
