ok i get to ask what i'm sure will seem like some a dumb question , one of the recycling yards i sometimes drop by has a pile of what he calls litho plate same price as lino btw and stored in the same pile as lino yet if i recall correctly litho plate , at least modern litho , is a aluminum alloy yet these look like weathered lead or lino and feel sort of like it ( kind of inbetween lead and aluminum ) i dug thru it briefly and dug out some known lino but is this alloy any good ? i mean is there any ummm good stuff in it ? and is it or would it be worthwhile ? or should i just settle for the small bits of lino i manage to dig out of the pile ? thoughts plz ( opinions and ideas also welcomed )
