RCBS used to make them to fit some presses that accept 1 1/2" (?) threads like my RS3. They still make them for full brass shotgun cases.
As far as I know they stopped production, but pop up once in a while for sale.
I hear they are good for small batches. I looked into them and debated on a getting a Lee LoadAll for my slug and buckshot loads. I then came across a nice MEC by accident at a decent price.

all I want one for is to load slugs and an occasional buck shot, probably less then 25 rds a yr
cast my own slugs and use 36cal rb for buck shot

Used MEC presses are on evilbay most of the time. for the most part they are easy to find, cheap, and do a good job.
