I've got a LEE 175 gr .40 cal mold and its great! They shoot great in my GLOCK G35 and my Hi Point JCP40.

My only regrets is not getting the six cavity one!

I assume you know the Glock comes with a (dont shoot lead warning) due to the rifling, be sure to clean it regularly.

Thanks for the info. I'm down to 2 or 3 boxes of Western Nevada 175's bought cheap several years ago & need a mold for this round. The group buys have been taking all my money...

These have done well in my old G23, which is a soul - less wonder. Cleans up easily and well, but does need a LEE FCD to be reliable. The lead boolit thing has been discussed & cussed forever on the Glock talk forum...

A .40 Hi Power is absolutely fantastic and does really well with cast. This is my "modern" 38-40 and will always have a home here. I need a six banger for this one. :Fire:

I placed an order for a six banger after last weeks shooting. My daughter and her G19 ate up ALOT of 124gr TLs I did up.

BTW my daughter's G19 has a LONE WOLF DIST barrel and I have a STORM LAKE barrel on mine. The KBs from the GLOCKs didn't have to due with shooting lead in them, they had to due with the pressure in the weakened cases. All 3rd generation GLOCKs have a better inclosed chamber now. My G19 and G23 are both 2nd generations (like them better due to the grip) and have aftermarket barrels just in case.

Well Jerry, if you want to get rid of that less-than-six-cavity mold....

I've gotten rid of enough "good" molds that I know better know! LOL

I just might need a good back up......but you'll be the first to know if I don't need it IRONSIGHTS...

I've got to give my 40s a "hard crimp" to get them to 100% feeding.

The LEE FCD is stufff.....

The G35 and 175gr LEE TLs at 7 yards, off hand. Five rounds to head in ten seconds, and five to torso in ten seconds.

The HIPOINT 40JCP and 175gr TLs at 7 yards, off hand. Ten in ten with POA COM. I need to gring it down and to the right. Started raining, and didn't have time. One thing about the newer HIPOINT 40JCP and 45JHP. These pistols are the best thing for the money. I picked up two 40JCPs for $250 from a guy who needed the cash. I've put 500 roudns of cast in each and not a signle problem. I shot the 45JHP and same thing. They aren't my "goto" pistols, but they due do there duty in the garage and barn.
