A big box was waiting for me when we got back from camping. I cast a few up this morning to see how LEE did. My bullets from my soft BP alloy ran 194.4 grains and .454-.455 diameter, right on spec. With a nose length of .285 these should work great through my toggle-action Winchester clones. I will be sending the moulds out today. Three weeks from LEE's receipt of confirmation letter to my door. Not too shabby. A big thanks to 45 2.1 for the spec drawing. As always, it worked out great.

I shot these in my Henry in a cowboy match last weekend, using Blackpowder and 45 Schofield brass. They fed perfectly, and never lost accuracy due to fouling. They did have more blowback than I wanted, had to lube the carrier on the 3rd stage. Still have some things to try to eliminate that, but it isn't the bullets fault that it isn't 44-40 brass it is loaded into!
