Can anyone give me some input on AA2015 in the .444? I've been using 45 to 46 grains of Re7 behind Lee430310 and found about a pound of 2015 amongst my powder supply and am wondering if I could use the 2015 in 49 to 50 grain doses to produce similar results.

The only powder listed in my AA guide is 5744. If you go to the AA site and punch in the powder, it will give info.

Never tryed it .
Link to Accurate 444 Marlin load data (http://www.accuratepowder.com/data/PerPowder2Guide/Rifle/AA2015/StandardloadsRifle/444%20Marlin%20page%20331.pdf)
They are listing 49.4 - 52.0 gr with the Hornady 265 Jacketed
So ................... I would call them Tue and ask .
I have called and got load data not listed in their book or web site

Do you know if Accurate has worked with Lee430310 in the .444?

No I don't .

I called them on 45/70 loads using cast bullet weights not listed .

I called them for 500 gr cast in the 45/70 and 5744

I dont know about the 444 but I am using 2015 in the new marlin xlr 45/70.
With the 325gn RCBS 55gn is giving 2150 fps.
You should be able to use data for imr 4198. Start low and work up and in the end I bet you will be very close to the 4198 loads.

I found some of my old records using 2015 behind Lee430310 and was surprised that 45 grains only produced 1860 fps from the Outfitter. 2015 takes up the same volume as an equal weight of Re7 which hurls 308 grain (checked) Lee430310's at over 2100 fps from the Outfitter.

Try Beartooth Bullets loadswap section. Marshall Stanton has some loads listed in the .444 with the heavier slugs using AA-2015. I've just started playing with a Ballisti-Cast 325 grn WFNGC in the .444 and AA-2015. Using Marshall's data to start low and work up with.

Up to 52 grains of 2015 under 325 grain boolits! I thought my 46/Re7/430310 was hot. These guys don't seem reckless... is there something about 2015 I don't know?

the 2016 western load guide lists very good velocity with AA2015 using 200 to 265 grain bullets in the 444. I'm going to load some AA2015 with 240 gr xtp's and sierra jhp in new starline brass tonight and try them tomorrow if rain slows. I have been using RL7 and 4198 in the 444 Now it's got me wondering if there are aa2015 loads for 375 win
