TC Hot Shot

Anyone have experience with the new TC Hot Shot .22LR youth gun? Looks like a scaled down Encore Carbine. I'm considering one for my grandson.

I don't have one of these, but I have an Encore and two Contenders and I can't see how you could go wrong with either for a young shooter. With all the barrels available he can use the frame for the rest of his life. Having only one shot also teaches patience, at least it did for me.

I've also owned two Contenders. This one with its 19" bbl and weighs only 3 lbs with a 11.5" length of pull. While my grandson is only just 2.5 yrs old I can't wait to have a new shooting buddy.
