I called NEF this morning to get spec's on their 22-250 barrels and here's what I learned:
Bore diameter: .219" +/- .0015" (The tech said +/- fifteen thousandths but that's obviously incorrect)
Groove diameter: .224" +/- .0002" (He also said +/- two thousandths which ain't bloody likely, so I'm guessing he meant ten-thousandths here too.)
6 lands/6 grooves
Rate of twist: 1:14"
So anyway, given this barrel is kinda fat in the bore, has anyone been able to shoot tiny lil' heat treated boolits fast into tiny lil' groups?
