Figured I would post a few pics of some of my work and share a bit about me.... :D
I've been full time for 14 years. I worked for legendary knifemaker Bob Dozier back in the mid-1990's and then ran A.G. Russell's Custom Shop for almost three years after that. I have been on my own for about 8 years now.
I build strictly stock removal knives, no forging (I'm not smart enough!). My favorite steels are D2, A2, CPM 3V and CPM M4; with that said I am not a steel snob and feel that most cutlery steels will make a VERY satisfactory knife IF the geometry and heat treat are right.
