I shoot mostly military rifles but do use a 30/30 in lever action comp and have used the canauba red lube so far but now my stash is getting low so I was thinking of trying the 50/50 or the one that set the military shoot records.I have been more than happy shooting the red lube but we have to try new things so what do you guys think. Thanks Pat

50/50 and 2500 will serve your needs well, they work as well as Car Red as a lube just a bit smokier and doesn't leave the barrel with the carnauba shine.

I just stick to the velocity levels 50/50 up to 1,800 FPS 2,500 over that.

All White Label lubes have served me well and never let me down, in saying that I don't really push the enevelope with my highest velocity being 2,400 FPS with 194 gn boolit in the .303" British. For that I use Carnauba Red, have tried 2500 and it works too but I think Carnauba Red has the edge.

I'm sticking with Lars lube because as you said it's very good both in price and effectiveness.I'm leaning towards 50/50.What load are you using to get 2400fps in your 3oh?. Pat

Accurate 4350 45gns works in my rifle with an LBT boolit mould cut to the throat, 22BHN lino/ww alloy.

LARS/White Label Lube 2500 or BAC would be fine for your needs. If you lube a lot of pistol then BAC however if you are wanting to work some rifle loads up over 1800 fps then I agree with dromia that 2500 would more than likely give better performance.

I've used 2500 and B.A.C. Both with excellent results. My buddy swears by Carnauba Red.

I've been stuck on B.A.C for a few years now. Botyh pistol and rifle.

I like BAC myself. Works good in everything I shoot.

another vote for Lar's 2500+ lube nothing but good results with it.I have tried the Carnuba red and it works well also but I pan lube and the Red is just toooo sticky for that application.
