As in animate targets. Yeah, a couple porkies. No complaints, but a porky isn't a good subject for determining effectiveness. They have a nervous system that's in real slow motion. I did nearly scare a coyote to death with a lucky (for him) miss at over 100 yards.

Coons, 'yotes, one deer and a pair of piggies. Works for me. The deer and piggies get two apiece, force of habit I suppose. To be honest I don't generally go out intending to hunt with a 1911. I prefer the.44 for that. However, I often have a 1911 with me when I'm out and about so I've taken a few targets of opportunity on the way to and from work.
