My sister is a dental tech, and after my wife and 2 eldest kids dental appointments she gave my wife a huge bag of foils! It is a few pounds.

They are easy to melt and they make wonderful boolits. Softer than WWs but shooting 45 acp who cares. They also make a good alloy to mix with WWs ..

Keep good hand washing practices after handling them, there was a discussion on this weather they could pass on germs or not. I doubt if they ever touch anybodies mouth, they are part lead, but they could have some cross contamination.

Seems to me they vary a little in composition by manufacture. They are slowly going by the waste side as dental offices are going digital.

I recycling them, that's what i tell my dentist and he laughs, he knows they go down range.
