Bushmaster 450 and Cast Boolits

I need a recommendation for my Bushmaster 450. I just got a Lyman 452484 and can't wait to try it. I want to use a GC, but their are very few choices in .452 range. Any help would be appreciated.

Bought one for my dad and he has tried a number of cast loads without much luck. Factory rounds are fine. The twist rate might have a bit to do with the cast loads. He was trying to load down to a more pleasent shooter without much luck. If you keep vel up you might have some more success. He just traded it back to me and I have not played with it yet. My Beowulf with 400 gr gc bullets runs just fine but Bushmaster went with a twist rate for their SSI bullet at high velocitties, which it does well. Good luck.
