7.62x39 ar question

gentlemen,
i put togethere an ar based on 7.62x39 with a 16" bbl and a std colapsable stock.
it currently has an a2 stock and buffer....but
what would be "correct" for the round ?
what spring, what buffer ??
it has about 40 percent more energy than an ar in 5.56...so do i need more spring ? a heavier buffer ??

mike my bushmaster came from them with the same buffer and spring a 556 comes with and it works fine.

I run the same spring and buffer in my 6.8 as my 223, 6x45, and 300 whisper.....dont know if that helps you out or not. I dont know much about the 7.62x39, guess I really havent looked into them much.
