I bought one of these back about 1985 (I think) and never got it to work . The powder bar would stick and not return under it's own spring tension. I tried polishing the bar--no dice. I tried lubing with graphite--no dice. I tried a stronger spring-- no dice. I finally trashed it. I think there was too much play in the fit of the charge bar and the body, causing it to bind. Hope yours works better than mine did.

Most of the pistol powders I tried were a pita to use and I gave up on it.

Got to try it with Unique this week. At the start, it was working great. After about 50 loads the powder bar started to stick. It seems kind of akwards to use. It did mesure the powder well. Loads were all within .1 grains.
Not to bad to load small amounts, but Lee dipers still easier.
I think it may work better with stick powder.

If at best it might work a little, why not get a Belding & Mull---they work. Have yet to find a powder they don't work with..

I got it on ebay for a good price. Seemed like it would work well. Sometimes you got to try new things, you just never know.
The more I reload, the more I find myself going back to the Lee dippers and scale.
