The BRP 4 cav 311041's I started with on the left didn't take long but the saeco 1 cav 350's took a while but they were filling out so good I couldn't stop till the promelter was couple inchs from the bottom.I had 1/2 pound of tin and couple pounds lino in the 18 pound WW mix and it made some real shiny boolits. They been shooting pretty good.

I have 3 molds coming from BRP in the next week or so !

I am looking forward to giving all three of them a run the day I get them or very shortly thereafter !

Hmmm three molds with the lightest being 375 grains are gonna drink up some lead [smilie=1:

You know your comment on the Saeco 350 makes me think of the 3 Saeco molds I got a couple months ago . Orderd all three of the Saeco 44 cal GC molds in 250 , 265 and 300 grain . And as you say they work very well !

Had a Saeco 30 cal 150 FN GC for the 30-30 and that one was easy to use also !

The way they have their sprue plate attached is easier to work with than rcbs and lymans. They don't get in the way when dropping boolits and they stay adjusted right.I wish they were easier to find at a good price.I had a hard time finding my 350GC in single cavity.I didn't want any shrunken boolit problems from too hot iron mold. The one I got is easy to keep at the right temp with a folded wet towel.I put the top and bottom on the rag,cut sprue, and put in front of little fan couple seconds and it stays where it drops perfect boolits.Don't have to use 2 molds. When the towel starts getting dry I pour a little water on it.Works well for me when making heavy boolits. The aluminum molds stay about right and only need a little fan air.If I can keep the mold at the right temp with alloy around 725 and some kind of mold cooling perfect fillout is faster and easier. The saeco molds are really good for that.I used to have problems when iron molds got too hot. Some worry about warping but I've never seen it with iron molds.I get good boolits with my rcbs 300GC wet towel cooling. The inside seem area is tricky to keep from SB syndrome though.
