Kind of dumb lucked on this tonight but it turned out so good I thought I would share. Besides it is easy and quick for a simple single guy.
I'm not going to get into measurements much because I just threw it together.

Meat, I used beef cut into stir fry size. Brown this first in your old cast iron skillet and then set a side.

Put some olive oil in the pan then add squash, onion, bell pepper, a kung-pao pepper and a little fresh garlic. All just picked from my garden. The kung-pao is a medium hot pepper kind of like a cayenne.

After this cooks a bit throw the meat back in then add some teriyaki sauce (I like the cheap syrupy Louisiana brand) then a good dose of fresh ground black pepper and cook this until it looks done. ENJOY!

It sounds good! I'll give it a try. Those Kung Pao peppers are really good and have an excellant flavor.

Improved this by using 50/50 Teryaki and Soy sauce and some Lowerys season salt.Might try some sesame oil sometime also.

Guys and Gals this stuff is great give it a try.

Seasame oil has a low smoking point. Gotta be easy with it otherwise it gives a burnt taste. Used properly it gives a nice full bodied smoky taste.
