Will a Lee sizer die successfully seat a gascheck?

I do not have a Lubrisizer so the Lee dies are the only method I have used for seating gas checks. Everything seems to work just fine so far. They are nice and snug.

For the record I have tried pulling the gas check off of a few boolits. By the time you get them off....they dont really qualify as gas checks anymore.

some boolits you may need to tap the ram to seat them and a couple {their 338mold } will need to run base first

Occasionally one of my molds (or me) will throw one with a seat diam a little large/ovaled and if the boolit is close enough to the finish size, there's not enough friction to a full seat on the GC, but if the finish size difference is at least .003 down, mine seem to work without a hitch even with the over sized seat.

Never used mine for seating check. Fellow shooters say it works great.
