I tried boot waterproofing and Vaseline , a little carnuba wax- and blue colors- the water proofing is bees wax and lanolin -- anyway made lube a little stiffer than BAC -- I shot on my Mihia hp boolit 197 gr -- out of a .41/454 - mv is mid 1600 - at 50 yards I put 5 in one hole and one to one side--- I was happy -- will now move to 100 yards- this was off of sand bags btw--bore was shiney and clean -- won't set the world on fire but it works -- air temp was about 90
