I am wanting to get a Colt Lightning .32-20 relined. The guys at Redman's told me it's a 6 month turnaround. Anyone know any other good reliners out there that take less time?

Try this guy. Not sure of times but he's very good. Name is Mike Allee.

Look at the photo galleries. There is one that is a fire damaged .410 shotgun. Simply amazing restoration work.

I believe Norm Johnson does them. Can most likely be found on the Cast Bullets Association board.

John Taylor @ taylormachine.com should be able to do it for you. Frank

John Taylor does the best reline i've ever seen. There is no seam visible at the muzzle. You literally can't tell the barrel has a liner. I am not related to mr.Taylor or have never met him personally. Just a very satisfied customer.

Thanks you guys, This gives me some options of where to go. As usual, no place like this one to go to for this kind of good info.

+1 on Taylor for turn around and quality of work. He did a 95 Win for me in about 3 weeks.

I got in touch with John and He promptly responded. Now all I have to get are the details about how to send it off and then how to get it back etc and I'm all set. I can hardly wait..................

Strip the gun to include sights, put it in a box and mail it to him. Don't indicate what is in the box; don't want to and it is not required. Perfectly legal as Taylor is a FFL.
