Just had to put a word in for Dillon and their excellent customer service. Sent my Square Deal press in for some work after 60,000 + trouble free reloads.

It came back just when they said it would, and it was like a new machine - total overhaul at no cost to me. You just can't get better customer service than that.

I just started useing dillon stuff. I have nothing but good things to say about them and I love the square deal.

I just ordered my second 550B, I hate swapping out the primer assembly, and I usually always have one set up for 45acp. High quality equipment. I had a couple of Lee Pro 1000's but I got tired of repairing them so I sold them both after I got my first 550B, I have never regreated selling the Lee's. I have only had a couple of small problems with the Dillon press and they fixed it free and pronto, even though it was my fault in the first place.

Dillon and RCBS are tops in the service department as far as I'm concern.

The service and support sold me and I don't regrett getting my 650XL one bit. All my stuff is Dillon now from 9mm to .454.
